Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific document in question.

No Guarantees of Outcome

Generating and sending a demand letter does not guarantee any particular outcome. The landlord may or may not comply with your demand. DepositDemandLetter makes no representation about the likelihood of any outcome resulting from the use of our documents.
